Chocolate Elements was begun in 2008 by Candice Mills and her children. Since then we have grown from producing delectable chocolates, to a dessert bistro, and now to a full menu dining experience.

Our unique Canadian Bistro provides a welcoming atmosphere that is combined with excellent service, and unforgetable food that is often paired with savoury  chocolate.
